Breakfast wrap

I gave this a try one morning before work, it was so good i eat it 3 x a week now1

1 taco size whole wheat tortilla 100 cal
1 egg make it your way 90-110 cal
1 laughing cow wedge tomato basil /mozzarella and sun dried tomato 35 cal
2-3 pieces turkey bacon 50 cal per slice

warn tortilla sit to the side, make egg with cheese wedge in it
** make bacon ahead of time sit to the side*

put egg, bacon & cheese wedge in wrap and roll it up!

i only use 2 pieces of bacon, and half of cheese wedge breakfast wrap cal 376

    Do you put any salsa on? Sounds good.

    I have used salsa but the half to whole wedge of lauhhing cow cheese works both low cal
