Do you feel like you have the support of family and friends in acheiving your weight loss goals?

    I don't outside of MFP.. I come from a big family who likes to cook, eat and party.. We don't celebrate, gather, or mourn any other way... It's a hard cycle to break..

    Definitely come back here and share your thoughts. I have a great support system and am VERY lucky, but no matter what, nobody knows how it feels to have to lose THIS much wait unless they are in the same shoes as I am. My husband only has to lose 10-15 lbs, That's nothing to me. AND he'll probably lose it in no time since I am once again watching what we are eating.
