Wow June already. Last night was crazy for me and had to run some errands....I had a cheat meal last night, but it was ohhhhh so good. My day was thown off because I planned on Subway for lunch and then one on my co-workers had a medical issue and had to leave...I wasn't prepared. I made my cheat meal worth it and enjoyed every bite. I told my self I wouldn't allow myself to feel guilty, because I do pretty good for the most part. I was thinking about skipping my workout and guess what? Guilt slipped right on in there and I worked out with 45 minutes of Kata and then a 15 minute swim! I am glad I did!

Sometimes things do happen and it throws us for a loop. Don't feel guilty about having a meal you enjoyed! Like you said, you are mainly on track most of the time and you made sure that you worked out on top of that. So good for you for finding a way to over come this small obstacle!0
