My name is Pam and this is my 2nd try at this challenge. I did up to day 16 on the May Squat Challenge. This time I hope I cant make it all the way. I needed the Crunch Challenge as well so I started with both. I saw results from the Squats before eventhough I didn't finish so Im sure I'll see even more results.
