Net Carbs in Food Database

What is the most efficient way to find net carbs in the food database? I enter the food with the word 'net carb' and the results are rather jumbley. Wouldn't it be cool if we had, like, a secret password or something!? Then they would all come up together. I don't have a problem entering my own foods, but it would save us all some time if we had a way of bringing all of our entries together.

I guess us UK'ers have it a little easier as our food labels only state the net carbs! So long as we select the specific brand it's normally OK :-))0

I guess we'll just have to do the math. I just hope that all the nutritional info is right. Sometimes I pick something off the database and it doesn't have any macros listed at all. It's only then that I look into adding it myself. I'm counting on the database to be fairly accurate though.0

Tracking my diet affects me mentally when I don't see the fiber count added on to the items... Keep thinking I ate way too many Carbs...0
