How's everyone doing on this fine saturday? What are your commitments for today and how would you challenge yourself to see a worthwhile change on the scale tomorrow?

Today I did Day 7 on the 30 DS level 3 and 30 mins pilates. My challenge is to drink 8 glasses of water and go for a jog in the afternoon. However, I might have a cheat meal for dinner but I will try to stay within calories.

Plan on walking 6 miles today. Walked one mile this morning.

Got to plan out meals for the week and go grocery shopping. Then stick to the plan for the day.

6 mile walk scheduled this morning. We try to beat our time/speed every weekend.

Gonna take it easy for the afternoon, as I'll spend the evening working backstage at a children's theatre company participating in the button Olympics (helping a mass of little kids quickly change costumes)!

My fitness goal for today is to do W4D3 of C25K. It's cool and overcast with intermittent rain showers so I'm going to need some extra motivation to get myself out there. The alternative is the treadmill, and I really don't like running on the treadmill, so I'll have to suck it up and hit the roads.

My food goal for today is to just make better food choices. I've had three days where I've stayed within my calorie limits but I haven't made good food choices, and it's making me sluggish.

And I need to drink more water, water, water. I struggle with drinking enough water on the weekends so no excuses today!

Did Day 2 of week 3 of C25K again (didn't finish it last time). I also signed up for a trainer and have my first session on Monday night. Eeeek! The rest of the evening tonite will be hanging at the drive-in. The goal for tomorrow is to get some gardening done. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
  • Did interval training this morning and was hoping to mow the lawn (push mower)
for an added work out, but can't get the damn thing started.:explode: UGH!
So hopeful for tomorrow! Good luck everybody...

This morning I ran 5 1/2 miles on the treadmill. Then we visited the local girl scout camp (I'm my daughter's troop leader) since we had never been there, and we took an hour long guided tour. It was very hilly and a good walk! I'm looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in!
