Tomorrow we start the new challenge! I'm really excited.

There are several different types of crunches from what I've read so I'll be googling them tonight to have a variety.

We can do this!

    Haven't decided yet for sure, but I think I'll be doing v-crunches with a dumbbell....

    I'm new to MFP and just found this whole 'group' thing...

    My strength training currently consists of push-ups, triceps dips and "cycle" crunches. I believe in baby steps.. started with only push-ups, then added dips, and recently added the crunches.

    Had just built up to 2 sets of 10 each, so this challenge sounds great to keep me building up. I'm going to do the challenge with all three exercises... we'll see how I go!
