Youtube mini challenge (May 29th)

Inner thigh hell..
Ok so it's not really called that but that's how it feels after doing it yesterday the girl calls it "Drive By Inner Thighs Challenge".

It's about 4 mins long, and all you need to do it is a yoga mat or towel to lay on and a way to watch the video off of youtube.

Listed the date but if you want to do it and can't get it done today you can still join in just add the date you did it
Also if you decide to do it more than once just post the date & done.

Stretching the legs a bit before starting would be a good plan.

    I ended up pausing it yesterday before the circles moves cause my legs demanded a break but think I'll work it into June's exercises just not every day maybe two or three times a week.

    It was a good exercise however my legs hate me right now since I am doing the squat challenge as well. But it is the price I am willing to pay since I haven't worked out in quite a while. I was planning on adding them into my routine as well. :happy:
