    Current weight: 223.8 (ugh...this is a result of choosing to eat poorly...consequences...they still apply when you aren't a kid...keep preaching it to my kiddos...and here's a good example...) ONWARD AND DOWN ON THAT SCALE!
    My goal for this week: eat out only once...and limit that to Subway on Thursday...take healthy snacks with me like I know to do...and always keep extra water with me...; I want to be back to 220 by next Monday.
