    I've just started Keto last week and am desperate for some moral support. My family and friends generally think ALL diets are crazy, let alone controversial ones such as this one so I've kept my weight loss aspirations pretty quiet!

    I want to lose a good 50lbs to feel like "me" again - my body just isn't one I recognise since I had my daughter 3 years ago.

    Please shout at me whenever I want to eat potato.
