Yay! Day 8 of level 2 is done!!
Only 2 days left, then on to level 3....wooooohooooo!

    Complete. I would like to think I am pushing myself hard through these workouts but is anyone else not burning the same amount of calories as when started? I find myself not burning the same amount of calories as before or for that matter in the evening I burn significantly less than in the morning. Is my body getting used to this program?

    You are not alone!!! I too dropped in calories burned as I progressed through. I think it is the body getting used to the routine. Try doing some of the advanced moves if you aren't already...or, maybe try upping the weights you use. Those things helped me to get my burn back up. And if all else fails, do an extra cardio set when you're all done!

    No matter what, you are doing a great job!! Keep up the hard work!!

    Level 2 Day 8 done! Was away for several days, so just getting back to 30DS. So glad there are only two more days of Level 2...I'm watching Level 3 right now as a preview. Those walking push-ups look hard! But in general I think I'll like it better than Level 2. Am I crazy?
