Done!
I must say that level three, in general, is easier than level 2...for me anyway.
There are still things I struggled with, but I'm sure will get easier each day. (All but the ab portion in set 3...I can't lift my heavy butt off the ground like that!!! I will keep trying...but whew....very very hard.)

Finally on level 3. The moves are easier but she is incorporating more all around use of your body and weights. Like you are still using your weights while during cardio. I think I like level 3 better than level 2 or 1.0

Finally also started Level 3, and also like it better than Level 2. I'm going to be forced to use my 5-pound weights on the one where we have to plank on the weights and lift them--my 3-pounders are too low to the ground, so my thumbs scrape on the floor.
So happy to be beyond Level 2!0
