Hi All!! I'm so glad to find this group!!! What is the scope of this group? What is the goal? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? I am thinking there should be 30 day exercises, incremental in intensity??? Just curious... I'm new to MFP so perhaps I'm missing something!! I look forward to this journey with you all!!!

I believe there should be some type of caledar/chart with how many sets/repetitions you should do a day. Hopefully it gets posted soon. Im Ready :-)0
