Hi all!
I will start I have just finished 30 DS, lost 4 kg though better nutrition and also cm all around. Am more toned and look better
My aim is to continue to tone and lose the last 2kg, whilst keeping up the good nutrition
I started RI30 about 10 days ago, am halfway through week 2.
It is freaking tough, am glad I did 30DS before

Yesterday was Day 1 of Level 1 for me. I did the modified version, but I was sweating profusely!! I'm hoping to stick through the entire 30 days.0

I started yesterday. I found it to be more fun than the Jm 30 ds. But I'm sure it will get harder as the levels go up lol.0

I started level 2 yesterday. It's so hard!! Does anyone else find the table top one really sore on the shoulders? Im not sure if I am doing it wrong or if my right shoulder is just not flexible enough for it.
Is anyone further along than level 2? What are the other levels like? Im hoping its a bit like the shred where level 2 was a killer but then level 3 was ok again. I hate all the cardio while in plank position!0 -
I started Week 1 last night. I am sore all over! I'm in pretty bad shape and started greying out during the cool-down--I had to lie down and catch my breath, haha. I'm still figuring out what/when to eat before/after to help. I'm not following the meal plan, but I am tracking my calories here on MFP. Hoping I can see some toning this summer.0

Day 3 level 2 done and I am still hating it. Can't wait to move on to level 3 and get away from the cardio while in plank!0

Did day 2 of level one last night, it was easier the second day.
dolphingrl248 don't be scare of level 2, last time I did it I enjoyed that level a lot more than level 1.0 -

Level 2 complete!! wohoo! It definitely got easier but it still kicked my *kitten* today. I hope level 3 is easier!!0

Day 3 level 2 done today. For the life of me I can't do the push up while bringing the knee up thing lol. Everything else I've pretty much got down. This is a lot more challenging than the 30 ds was.0

I agree, its definitely more challenging than 30DS was. For the push ups I just did them on my knees the whole way through, I am just about able to do two or three push ups without adding any fancy twisting action to them but I still really felt it doing it on my knees.0

Hi Everyone!!! I am new on here and just bought the Ripped in 30 dvd. I have done the 30DS before and enjoyed it, tough but good. I am working towards losing 10pds and toning so thought I would give this one a try. I am going to start it tomorrow morning. Wish me luck and I like reading other's progress...way to go!!!!0

Started level 3 today. Just when I thought she couldn't get any crazier she does. My arms are still very weak. I wish it was as easy to build muscle in them as it was my legs.0
