Logging!

Hey guys! Hope you're all doing well, (just finished day 3 and I am currently dying!) Anyway I just wanted to know what exercise you log the blogilates workouts as? I've listed it as wii high intensity before but I feel that it may be more than this.

    If it's a stretching day, I'll usually enter it as pilates or calisthenics. If it's a cardio day, I'll add it as such. I use an HRM though, that may make it a little different for me. Before I had the HRM, I tended to log the workouts to what gave me the smaller burns but that was so I wasn't tempted to eat back all the calories I had burned.

    Calisthenics makes way more sense than what I was doing!! I'm definitely going to go with that now instead. :bigsmile:

    I also used calisthenics , i believe i read somewhere that Cassie said to log it that way.
