These challenges will help you get familiar with your Wii and the many activities Wii Fit Plus offers! If you cannot do them, at least try to complete the Team Goal of '20 min Wii A Day.'
Posting scores is a personal preference. You don't have to if you don't want to.

    I just completed 45 min. of Wii ExerBeat...I have more than 1 Wii workout so I try to rotate them, hate that little monster telling me i'm not working out...LOL
    I did do some of the things you listed in my workout

    Hey I just saw this... I would like to join the challenge, but I'll have to start on 6/5
    feel like I already missed 3 days..... :(
    should I join this one, or wait for another one?

    This is a great idea.... I would love to have a schedule to do wii fit by

    I am in the same boat as Mary9921. I dusted off my Wii last night and then hooked it up tonight. I did 45 credit minutes of the Yoga exercises and worked up a decent sweat. For those who have done the challenges before, do I just choose the exercises on the days manually or is there a custom routine option? Thanks, Matt

    Welcome! This is the first time I've posted a challenge here (and hope to continue) since joining MFP. I used to be team leader when I was with WW & SP and posted these challenges every week. As stated in the challenge post:

    In other words, I started my Day 1 yesterday afternoon! Lol!
