Favorite Jillian Michaels Workout

Hey All! I'm new to the group and starting a Jillian Michaels workout month beginning in June. I have 30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown. Any suggestions on other great Jillian Michaels workouts? I saw some of her workouts (similar to how she has them set up in 30 Day Shred) in Fitness Magazine. I haven't tried them out. Has anyone here tried that workout?

I'm thinking about incorporating running into this plan as well. Any suggestions on doing that without over-working the same muscles?

    I love all of her DVD's. My favorite is Extreme Shed and Shred, No more Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Motabalism. I rotate the last two for Cardio and Strength and add jogging as well.

    I love all of her dvd's-however, I feel like I have gotten the best results out of her Body Revolution series. I choose which one I want to do based on time restraints-20-30 minutes a day is doable. No More Trouble Zones and Boost Metabolism are longer, so although I have done them, I don't do them religiously like I will the others.

    Killer Abs

    Right now, my favorite is still probably Extreme Shed and Shred, though right now I'm doing 6 week 6 pack and enjoy it but we'll see if it gives me the results I want!

    I love No More Trouble Zones and 6 Week 6 pack. I am currently doing Ripped in 30, week 2 and loving it!!

    I’m currently doing 2x/ week No More Trouble Zones in between going to the gym for fitness classes. If I’m tight for time I’ll just do circuits 1-4 or 4-7.
    I also like the 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism.
