Insanity results- and now what!

So yesterday was my last day of Insanity, I am so proud of myself. I didn't lose much weight- only 1 lbs to be honest but I had some good inch loss and my numbers for reps went up so that's all a girl can really as for.
I didn't take any pictures but here are the numbers.
Insanity Fit Test

Switch kicks- 70 88 94 100 104

power jacks- 42 44 50 54 55

power knees - 57 74 82 95 100

power jumps- 18 24 24 29 30

globe jumps- 6 9 10 11 9

suicides- 10 13 14 14 15

pushup jacks- 15 20 22 26 25

low plank obliques- 40 60 60 66 70


I'm thinking now of adding in some more focused strength training, start to run more often, get my yoga on and still do the occasion HIIT. I feel like adding some muscle but keeping my stamina is a good route to take. I'm really burnt out on doing the videos right now but I think eventually I will come back to them. They are after all an amazing work out!

    awesome job!! Do you have P90x too? I plan to do the Hybrid p90/Insanity when I'm finished but I'm only on week 4.

    I don't, I plan on starting up running, strength training, HIIT and yoga. Making kind of my own routine now that the Insanity is over and maybe coming back to it in septemeber
