Im new to the group looking to make some friends and trade ideas, i am 4 months post-op of the sleeve:)

    I joined this group to get encouragement from others that have gone thru or are in the process of going thru weight loss surgery, in particular, the sleeve... Looking for lots of info on what to eat, surgery information, etc.. I am already in process and now am just waiting approval.. On a doctor guided diet for 6 months per my insurance :(
