New to the group
I haven't had the surgery yet but am doing all of the appointments leading up to the sleeve surgery. I am nervous about the lifestyle change that will be required to live this new life but excited to get healthy in the process. Any tips and motivation are greatly appreciated.

I just want to suggest Water aerobic classes for exercise. You can do things in the water that you would never dream of doing on land. It is not necessary to be able to swim because they are done in shallow water. Super for those with arthritis, overweight, post surgical, recovering from injury..... Check your local…
