HIIT question

Will speed rope/ jump rope work as a HIIT workout? Or jumping jacks? I need something that I can do in my weight area because I can't leave (go run or bike), I am doing it at home with my kidlets running around.

absolutely. or burpees or mountain climbers. Then you can jog in place for your recovery period.0

Anything that is "intense" will work!0

I was just about to ask this same question! Need to do intervals at home. Would you suggest doing the same exercise for the whole 15 minutes or switching.
Eg: jog, mountain climber, jog, mountain climber, etc OR jog, mountain climber, jog, burpee, jog, sprint.
Hope that makes sense!0 -

Great idea. I don't know why I didn't think of that as I always do HIIT on the stationary bike we have. I will check out those You Tube links too.0
