    Weight previous week: 204.4
    Current weight: no idea. On deployment for Red Cross in OK and I was moved to a dorm where there is no scale. Sorry!

    I have been proud of my choices, but I don't always have choices when on service like this. ;)

    From 150.2 to 148.4

    Now the hard part starts to get this into the 147's...
