Today marks day 10 so how about a mini challenge?
Push ups
Ok so they are evil and one of the things I hate doing more than any exercise aside from lunges but who doesn't need a little more arm work?
So the 10th day mini challenge is 100 push ups! :noway:
They can be done anyway you are able to do them, full push ups, girly push ups, raised push ups or even wall push ups.
All at once if you can or as it's Day 10 they can be done in sets of 10 ten times during the day
Post done once finished, and happy 10th day everyone!! :flowerforyou:

Thanks for this mini challenge. i just did 100 wall push-ups (1st time in years!) and 50 squates - in my office.

100 pushups - DONE....15 full body, the rest were wall
no squats...too hard on my knees at this point according to doc...trying to be good...0 -
