Anyone try it? I downloaded a trial and found it fun. It's a 3rd person action game, a bit like GTA with some RPG/exp leveling elements in a zombie survival apocalypse setting. It's not perfect. There are some minor glitches, frame rate issues.

I picked it up because the idea and the gameplay videos from IGN show it is my kind of game though i didnt get a chance to play it yesterday because I got back late from Softball0

It looks pretty generic, but not having played it, I can't really pass judgement. Here's a Let's Play/Review that goes a bit more into it:

Got a couple hours more in. It's interesting. You have a homebase, so to speak,where you can build up, fortify, collect weapons, ammo, food, etc etc. There's other characters involved that you can recruit to use with their own strength and weakness. Some can fight, others are better at scouting and gathering supplies.
I had a fun mission earlier. I needed to rescue a NPC's brother. So I go on my merry way, it's night time and hard to see. Think Alan Wake but not as dark. I start shooting every zombie I see with my rifle, bad idea. Not because I run out of ammo but my gun shots attract a horde of zombies. I run and get chased across a field. Some of the zombies are fast and can keep up, others are slow. I run across a truck, hop in and start going after the zombies GTA style. Find the NPC and a horde of zombies approaching him. Panic and accidently run over the NPC I was supposed to rescue >.<0
