I finished day 5 last night, one set of 12 using 5 pound weights. I definitely overdid it by starting with the 6.6, so I am glad I changed to 5 pounds. That ball crunch was killer for me.
My exercise ball came with a manual pump which was ridiculous. I finally pumped mine up using the electric pump from our air mattresses. I have also added some stretches, some from Dr. Oz and some from Leslie Sansone, and that feels better.
