Whats your fav exercise/diet

Thought I would start a discussion on everyone's favourite exercise and diet/diet tips, as you never know it could help others!

My favourite is using my exercise bike as if I stick 8 out of 10 cats on then I can easily cycle for half an hour and the time flys by so quickly and I enjoy doing it.
My fav diet tip is boiled and cooled water with 2 slices of lemon in the water. It helps detox your liver and kidneys which in turn helps them process everything better. If you are like me and take medication daily it is great aide to your body. Its also meant to be good for your skin. I have a cup of it with each meal and love it.

    Kickboxing is my favorite and I try to eat a lower calorie/fat diet. This is a lifestyle change for me so I'm trying not to go the diet route and instead make better choices when it comes to food and exercise :drinker:

    My favorite is paleo diet and exercise wise I love to run, outdoors. Feeling the breeze makes me feel free as I run.

    Diet tips would be to not go grocery shopping when hungry, and to eat enough fats to quench hunger. Prepare meals ahead of time and drink lots of water.

    It's summer! Definitely walking! And this exercise I think called lunge raise. You stand with weights in your hands, elbows bent and at shoulder level. Drop into a lunge, then stand back up and raise your other legs knee and both arms up.
