How long to get into ketosis???

Quick question everyone!
I'm trying to get myself into ketosis by following a very low carb paleo diet... So does anybody know how long it takes for your body to enter ketosis? I usually eat 50g or under/day however maybe once a week ill eat up too 100g

Could be days or weeks.
Speed it up by eating lower carbs and skipping the higher carb meal. Also some heavy exercise to deplete glycogen stores
People are different though. Some people have no issues getting there with 50 g / day. Others will struggle.0 -
It takes me about 3 days as judged by keto urine sticks. Eating coconut oil and higher fat helps. Too much protein can reduce ketosis. However, I understand that you do not need to be in ketosis to enjoy the benefits of low carb (less hunger).0

It takes me about 5 days. Once I am in for a while, if I have a bad carb day (like yesterday) it will probably take a shorter time to get back in say 3 days. I take in around 40g or so of carbs a day which is a lot to some people, maybe it's because I'm so big at the moment I can tolerate more to get in ketosis.

Depends on your carb intake prior to starting. If you ate a lot of Carbs normally could take a week or two. To achieve keto faster do a depletion workout. spend one day doing upper body and another doing lower body. Only do about 60% of your one rep max I in terms of weight. Then cardio afterwards. Possible to achieve ketosis in 3~5 days if you do that.0
