Hi all!
I will start I have just finished 30 DS, lost 4 kg though better nutrition and also cm all around. Am more toned and look better
My aim is to continue to tone and lose the last 2kg, whilst keeping up the good nutrition
I started RI30 about 10 days ago, am halfway through week 2.
It is freaking tough, am glad I did 30DS before

Yesterday was Day 1 of Level 1 for me. I did the modified version, but I was sweating profusely!! I'm hoping to stick through the entire 30 days.0

I started yesterday. I found it to be more fun than the Jm 30 ds. But I'm sure it will get harder as the levels go up lol.0

I started level 2 yesterday. It's so hard!! Does anyone else find the table top one really sore on the shoulders? Im not sure if I am doing it wrong or if my right shoulder is just not flexible enough for it.
Is anyone further along than level 2? What are the other levels like? Im hoping its a bit like the shred where level 2 was a killer but then level 3 was ok again. I hate all the cardio while in plank position!0 -
I started Week 1 last night. I am sore all over! I'm in pretty bad shape and started greying out during the cool-down--I had to lie down and catch my breath, haha. I'm still figuring out what/when to eat before/after to help. I'm not following the meal plan, but I am tracking my calories here on MFP. Hoping I can see some toning this summer.0

Day 3 level 2 done and I am still hating it. Can't wait to move on to level 3 and get away from the cardio while in plank!0
