Does any one have a different take on the calories burned? I log it as circuit training.

I got myself a heart rate monitor which counts my burnt calories. I used to add it as a circuit training but my HRM normally shows atleast 60 calories more0

I reported Day 1, Level 1 as "aerobics, low impact" and the calories burned showed 156 calories. After reading input from others, I reported Day 2, Level 1 as circuit training - generic and the calories burned showed 311 calories for 25 minutes.
Now I need to get ready to do Day 3, Level 10 -
I just did RI30 Lv1 after a long sport break and my HRM says 152 kcal. I read that some people measured more than 300 for themselves, and before I had the HRM I logged 200kcal per unit, but when it comes to caloric burn my HRM always is about half of what other people say (f.e. youtube 50kcal in 5 min burned 20kcal for me...).0
