I just had my first taste of this yummy food! I definitely have to remind myself how much this one costs, or I could get into serious trouble with it!

  apparently if you get unsulfured coconut and put it into a food processor,you can make your own quite easily

  i make homemade coconut butters/coconut-nut butters and sell them at my gym. i need to get a business permit!
