Last day of Level 2 - Done!!!
Will take more pics tomorrow. I can really see a change in my stomach and legs and arms. Clothes are fitting better!! Yay!!
On to level 3 on Sunday - I may need some encouragement! Back to a challenge!!

YEEEEESSSSSSSSS! Finished with The Dread Level 2! Not sure if I'll start Level 3 tomorrow or Saturday, but I'm thinking tomorrow because I'm feeling eager to begin the new--and LAST--level.
I think the Mountain Climbers are going to kick my butt, though...can't tell if they'll be easier or harder than the squat thrusts. I guess I will find out (probably) tomorrow!0 -

I think the mountain climbers are easier than the squat thrusts...for me at least!!
The only thing I just have NOT been able to do is the abs in circuit 3...the side raises. I just cannot get my body to do that.
So, I just alternate doing other ab sets from other circuits.0 -
Finally it has happened to me right in front my face!!! Level 2 is complete....and I am drenched in sweat. Kicked it up to 5 lb weights and what a difference. Level 3 here I come0
