Hi ladies, those were the best stretches I have done in a long time. I thought there would be 5 or 6, but was I surprised when they kept going and going and going:laugh:

completed day 6 this morning, and day 7 tonight. Glad it was stretching. Nice rest day. Felt good to stretch. Good night all.0

I missed Day 6 (will make it up)
Tonight I finish Day 7. Did everything I could but without the ball. I'll get one this weekend.
