I just completed Week 6 of C25K. It has been quite a journey but I have been doing it all outside. I have signed my daughter and myself up for the Dirty Girl Mud Run in 2 weeks. We are going to use it as celebration for her graduation. I am not so concerned about the run as it won't be continuous running. The obstacles will break it up for us. It should be a muddy good time!

    There's one near me November 2nd that I want to sign up for. It's the soonest 5K that works for my schedule. Please update afterward so I know what to expect! :)

    And I asked my mom to run it with me. She's 51, but in amazing shape. :)

    I'm hoping to do a mud run next year :D they look so fun!!
    Though its on next years agenda as the one near me is 7miles, its done through a Landrover Test/ offroad track :) and I'm definitely not up to that yet!! lol.
