HIIT 30 - how many calories do you burn?

My HRM is broken. I just want an idea of the cals burned by HIIT30.
I'm 34, 5'6", 131lbs if it helps.

Wow. I did Fire30 yesterday and my HRM said I burned 618 calories. But.... I'm fat too.

Mines ranges from 530-630, depending on how hard i push myself.
