Im looking for anyone who wants to start the program with me soon. I planned on doing it with a friend on here but she got hurt. Anyone else want to try it with me? If so email me. Thanks.

    Me too! I started last fall, but then spent the winter& spring dealing with plantar faciitis, and want to try again.

    Im looking to do it 3 days than rest day than 3 days. etc. So every week it will be a different rest day. I find I get tired after 3 days of working out. It seems to be a good balance for me. I was looking for people to start next Monday. It gives us time to get a group together. How does this sound?

    i was thinking on starting today, but i might wait until next monday!
    oh, and i will do running insted of the cardio dvds, or just for now while is still not too hot out and i can do it.

    Not too bad. I was in better shape when I started last time, so I was doing the more advanced stuff (like holding a weight while doing a move), but now I"m out of shape so I'm just keeping up. If I remember correctly, the first two weeks aren't too bad, then when you move up to workouts 3 & 4, you feel the pain.
