Hey guys,
I have a question. Do you think planning your meals a day ahead of time helps you with your snacking?

    It sure does!

I am always on the go so I make sure each morning to pack 2 snacks (one AM one PM) and that is it.
    If I don't pack it I can't eat it!

I think planning meals and exercise for that matter are really beneficial. I usually plan my dinners for a week out and buy lots of fresh fruits and veggies for snack and I just choose what I want for the next day the night before. i also pack a water bottle with me so I don't stop and get an iced coffee or a tea with lots of sugar just because I'm thirsty!

Looks like you could eat even more! Try to make sure that you're getting enough proteins in too!
