I am disappointed I have not lost any scale weight, but it's my own fault, I am not following the diet plan perfectly and have a few drinks on the weekends. So I am still at 135lbs. I am 5'2 and 35 yrs old. But I'm glad I am taking pictures - I have lost inches and 3% body fat. And I can almost see my stomach muscles. Bye bye baby belly!! :happy:

    I'm in the same boat! I'm one week behind you I'm 5'3" and weigh 132! I actually put on two pounds since starting body revolution! no difference in the scale, inches or anything! I haven't taken my two month progress pics yet but would love to post my pics. How do you do that? I'm frustrated with the wight Loss and have started adding some extra cardio in. I actually just restarted couch to 5k with body revolution. I typically eat great (in my opinion) of course I cheat here and there but have to if I don't want to fall of track. So I'm so frustrated with the no weight loss! Would be happy to be back in the 120's!! I'm sending you a friend request now!

    Yeah it is very frustrating! In the beginning you can gain some muscle mass, and you also constantly retain water because your muscles use extra water to repair them after working out. So that could be your weight gain easily. What phase are you on? I am loving the program, I just need to be more disciplined on the weekends. I'm really going to try during Phase 3. I would be happy with losing just 5lbs total.

    I'm in week 8 so my last week of phase 2. I do love her program and this past weekend did a local competition with friends, when we took a pic showing our muscles I was amazed at my biceps! Which of course is not the area I need help in lol
