70 crunches, 140 bicycle crunches, 100 weighted (2kg) squats and 110 bicep curl lunges complete considering giving up the weights for the squats soon as they're getting hard!x0

I hope to get my stuff in tonight when I get home from work. I was to preoccupied between jobs this afternoon, after I got a message from a long time friend that his mom died today. If not, I will do tomorrow on my rest day.0

Day 11 -- DONE!! 70 crunches and 110 squats...actually a lot more of both of them in the Slim in 6 workout, but I lost count!!!
