Using your Body weight or Using LBM Lean body mass??

What is best to use when using a formula your Body weight or Using LBM (Lean body mass)
when trying to caluculate your macros?

like for me im bulking so im doing 2500 calories intake
55-25-20 ratio
my weight is 172 my LBM is 147.
what is better to caculate with??

    Macros are based on body weight.

    2500 is not enough to bulk. You probably need 2100-2200 calories per day to maintain your weight on days you DON'T work out. If you are lifting, add a couple hundred to that. If you want to truly bulk you should be at 2700-3000 calories.
