I'm Julie. I live in Brooklyn. I've been doing yoga on and off for about 14 years, but it's definitely been more off than on, so I'm excited to commit to somthing.
I'm doing my challenge at Yoga to the People in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC.
My goals for the month are to get my weight down to 155 by doing yoga and eating nourishing foods, to calm my mind so that I am more focused, and to smile at least once per class, even if it's not until the end0 -
Hmmm...every day for 30 days, maybe not. BUT, I can commit to at least every other day and perhaps some multiple days in a row!
My 30 days started on June 7 and I've gone three times. My goal is to get through class without having to talk myself out of fainting!0
