June Weight Loss Challenge

Alright folks we are heading into summer and let's get another challenge moving. Goal 5lbs +....

Make sure to track your water intake as well - don't want anyone falling short or getting dehydrated going into the summer.

My starting weight is 284.

    Every month is a weight loss challenge but I'll sign up for this one happily. Since I'm about 100lbs heavier than most people I'll set my challenge at 20 lbs. I'll post my starting weight tomorrow morning.

    Hi! I'm in. My starting weight when I embarked on this weight loss journey was 228. I'm aiming for 120-125 (maybe 130) I don't have a set number yet for weight since I'm not sure what 125 will look or feel like for me now. When I lost weight a long time ago back in high school, I think I got down to about 125. However, I both felt out of energy all the time and looked funny. Since then, I've built a lot of muscle (thanks to powerlifting), so my ultimate goal weight is subject to change.

    Anyway, I'm going to check in once a week on Fridays. I'm aiming for a weight loss of 5 pounds this month.

    Here's my first weigh in.

    SW: 228
    CW: (6-1-2013) 204
    GW for June: 199
    UGW: 120-130

    Starting weight is 221.

    Starting weight as of June 2: 369.4 Lbs
    Goal weight for June 30: 349 Lbs

    Oh hell yah if this works I'll be under 350 finally. Let's do this!

    I need to be better about tracking my water! I'm in. :) starting weight is 271. Dropping another five or a bit more will be awesome.

    Would love to be down 10lbs. We shall see what happens... still a bit nervous about the added calories Jannessa has me eating.

    I want to be to a total of 30lbs lost by the end of June, I never thought I could come this far so I want to prove to myself I can!

    Just checking in. My weigh in for today (6-7-2013) is 201 lbs. Woohoo! I'm hoping that next Friday, I'll finally be under 200 for good!

    Amazing so far everyone!! My next weigh in is Tuesday and I am just hoping not to gain after this weekend. I stayed within calories and ate a cupcake - I feel incredibly bloated ... I am thinking from the heat, small H20 intake, lack of sleep, and what else can I throw in there. lol

    From Friday though I had lost the 1.8lbs or so I had gained from my binge - so I am very happy about that!!

    Hey...guess I'm starting really late... but I'll still give it a shot... expecting a drop of 10 lbs... since I'm 100 lbs over weight...
    starting weight - 124.7 kgs (275 lbs)
    goal weight-120kgs (265 lbs)

    I'm a little late to the line, but can commit to 10lbs. I've got a lot to lose, so 10lbs seems right, maybe it's too low...we'll see

    I've gone below my goal weight for June! But I'm not going to get too excited because I was sick over the weekend. I imagine that some of those 4 pounds I lost since last Wednesday were in water and will creep back on. So, I'm not going to adjust my goal weight for June just yet.

    25 pounds down. Made my goal. Now to crush it to dust. So my new goal is to try and get under 330 by July 1st
