So I think some of you noticed that I put June 8th until of 7th..sorry about that. I am not sure if everyone counts their Week 2 as the dates I put on here (June 8-14) but whatever works for you is what you should be doing!
Does anyone have new goals for Week 2? Did you learn anything from Week 1 or is there anything from Week 1 you could have done better?

I managed to reach my week 1 goal even though I was out of town for three days, so I'm happy about that.

I haven't done much running the past few years, so I gotta say I'm pretty damn proud that today I was able to run 3.2km in 19 minutes

Did less last week then I planned, need to step it up this week.

I was really close to meeting my goal last week, but I'm sure I can hit it this week!
I've already burnt 1,222 of my 4,000 goal this week. Looks promising!0 -
So last week my goal was to burn 2,000 calories / I burned 2,174!!!!! :drinker: :glasses: :bigsmile:
This week isn't going to be as successful. :bigsmile:
I have a CRAZY week this week with work so ..... I HOPE to burn 1,000. Here's the other thing...along with a big National Sales Meeting - I'm having "girl issues". So I didn't workout yesterday - but I did go SHOPPING!! Found some cute stuff. I didn't workout this AM either.... I'm hoping to get an Ab workout in the AM. After that .... who knows.

My goal is to do better with food and add another 10 mins to my work out to hit the 1 hour mark, I do about 30 mins cardio and the JM Shred wich is about 20 mins so I need to find a way during the week to add a 10 min workout, so fitness blender here I come0

I didn't reach my goal this week 'cause I needed a rest day and today wasn't exactly a good day (despite the great calorie burn). But, I got pretty close to my goal so that's good.

I have done terrible this week. Total for the month 7,876/23,000.
Need to step it up this weekend and for the rest of the month if I am going to make the goal.0 -
So, my goal this week was 584 calories per day or 4,088 a week again

I won't lie; it's been tough to make this goal - some days I have to do 2 workouts. I might reduce it if we do another challenge for subsequent months.
But for now, I'm going to keep on keeping on! Hope you're all doing well too!0 -
