    Keep at it! I was plateauing and even gained but, I have just finally started to lose again....

    Yay 1 lb! I know it's not a lot to cheer about but, you know what when you lose nothing or gain for the longest time this is fabulous! :)

    No loss this week, but I probably didn't deserve to. I ate out 3 times over the weekend and one of those was a breakfast buffet that included biscuits and gravy and a pancake. Oh, well... I will try to do better this weekend.
