This was my first fit test today a I feel like i'm going to throw up, I was doing 30ds and I was good at it and I stop cause I stop losing weight. Well this I'm like it was just the fit test. Did anyone else feel this way after?

I also just started insanity today
my fit test looks like this

#7 7 and i couldn't go real far down in the push up

I'm really out of shape, this is my first "program" besides walking and riding my bike so i think i could of dug deeper but at the time my heart was going a mile a min so i didn't want to take it real far, as for getting sick, no and weirdly i have a lot of energy now. I wish i did this in the morning instead

I started today too. Those were my first burpees ever. I barely made it past 6 of each exercise. All I can think of how far I am going to get in the next week.0

I tried the fit test today because I was bored (I'm planning on starting properly next week) and I think I must have been doing some of the exercises wrong because some I got way more than the instructors haha! Definitely not that fit! It's the first dvd I've done and I feel so stupid doing it on my own in a room (when I know the people in the rooms next to me can hear me panting!) but my gym membership runs out at the weekend =(

Well, I started yesterday, but i'll still put my numbers down. Also, if you felt like throwing up, did you wait an hour after eating before doing insanity. If not that could be why. If not that means you pushed yourself harder than ever and that's good

@singh72047 no I made myself eat like maybe 15 minutes after working out, cause I workout at 6:30 and the morning cause I don't have time during the day cause I go to school and work plus I have two little ones so I try to do it while everyone is sleep. And I notice the next day I felt the same way so yesterday and today I eat a banana first before I worked out and It really helped. Those are good number everyone maybe we should come back and post our next fit test:)0
