Get this - I'm now down 9lbs and my DH noticed that my belly was going down! He doesn't remember the exact date of my birthday or the colour of my eyes (without guessing) but he noticed my belly went down! RESULT............

    Great Job! it is so fun when someone notices all your hard work. It seems that we walk a little taller and have some much more self confidence and is the most awesome feeling you could ever have. You have given me a positive boost to get my fanny in gear and stop feeling sorry for myself...... THANKS !
