I just got my shoe sensor last week and having been using Nike+ when I walk.

What do the different colors (red, yellow, green) mean of the graphically workout representation? I haven't been able to figure that out yet.

The colors helps you to determine where you slowed down and speed up during your run. The app determines your average speed for the complete workout. If you ran/walk about your average speed the mapped line will be green; below your average speed it would be red. The yellow & orange pretty much shows you were running/walking around your average speed.

    Hope that helps.

How are you liking your shoe sensor? I just got Lunarglide+4's but they didn't come with the sensor. I usually just hold my phone while walking to track my workout. Does the sensor work any differently?

I use and like both. When i'm walking outside I use the Nike+ running app which uses GPS; but when i'm on the treadmill I like to use the sensor. I'm not really good at remembering to hold by phone when i'm on the treadmill so the sensor works best for me.
