Hi,
i have been on MFP for over a year now , and have had a FITbit since last August , i love my fitbit and dont know what i would do without it now .(46 lbs lost) I have now found Leslie Sansone and i love her . If anyone has any advise for me about what work out is best or how to log or anything else i would welcome the input .xx

Welcome! The best workouts are the ones you like and will do regularly! Try to incorporate some strength work a few times a week - the stretch band is great. (She uses it for a couple segments in the newer "5 Really Big Miles.")
You can log them by creating your own entries. I estimate mine, but if you know what you burned, great!0 -
