    Gardien beefless strips comes with sauce or you can use your own( frozen)-
    multigrain melody rice
    Onions, peppers and broccolli

    Makes a yummy stir fry. My new favorite. :)

    350 minutes of cardio-nope got 290 ( I know I didn't log my walking like usual as I changed my activity level to be more accurate)
    6 days in the green (staying under in calories)
    8 cups of water 7 days
    2 servings of fruits and vegetables 3 days (was trying to cut back on the v8 to supplement my fruits and veggies and tried incorporated whole fruit and veggies. got close most days but only 3 days where I got in 2 or more serving of each.

    new recipe - I tried a recipe posted on here the peanut butter frozen treats:
    1 tub cool whip (I used no fat /light)
    2 tablespoons peanut butter ( chunky or smooth)
    (I added in 1.4 tsp of caramel flavoring)
    mix and spoon evenly into lined muffin tins.
    drizzle with chocolate syrup (sugar free)

    these were a huge hit in my house, kids loved them and they were healthy enough I didn't feel the need to limit them when they wanted another! definitely like that I added in the caramel flavor, tasted like a candy bar and ice cream in one shot! will make again for sure.

    also tried Greek yogurt and the cream cheese with Greek yogurt for first time this week. loved the cream cheese, especially topped on fresh strawberries, and the yogurt was ok, will try another brand next time tho.

    Recipe

    Tofu stir-fry!
    Firm tofu cut into cubes and soaked in Teriyaki
    Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    Frozen carrots, green beans, corn mix
    onions diced
    tbsp evoo
    Lite soy sauce to taste

    Brown rice

    This is another one of my tofu experiment! It was pretty good -- might take some getting used to!

    Oh yeah and I haven't figured out how to sync everything so I am just gonna log here until I figure it out!
