Good morning from Tampa. I have limited Internet so i'll keep this brief. Yesterday was a lazy day for me. My muscles feel a lot better today so I try to get my 3/20's in but it might be a little awkward in a tiny hotel room with my family. Today we're going to Busch Gardens so I should get a lot of walking in. I'll try to check in with you all later.

    No excuses! I lock myself in our tiny bathroom to do my 4/20's so the kids won't bother me. Lol.

    Welp, I messed up yesterday. Slipped up and had a donut, 2nds at dinner, then chips, then wings... Yeah. I feel disgusting now.

    Did 35 minutes of pilates this morning. Plan for the rest of the day is to stay within my calories and do 2 sets of the 4/20's.

    I have been outta touch lately. Super busy. Not an excuse tho. I have been working out. just not logging. I worked out today for 40 minutes. level 1 shred. cleaned the whole house. Now I am getting ready to go to work. I weighed in this morning at 195.5.

    I was over calories thanks to a work happy hour, so made my kids walk with me to get back under and do some kind of workout today. Also did my set of 3/20s. Not bad for a Friday, which usually ends up being a day off.
