I've been low carb for close to 10 years now but never really tracked exercise (or did exercise). When the service says I "earned" 366 calories from exercise is there a way to translate that to carbs? I know there are 9 cal/g of carb so if I do the division it looks like I earn about 40 g of carb.
Or should I just ignore my "earned" anything and just eat my food and run my runs?

When I log exercise, MFP adds carbs along with calories "earned"
I ignore it, and try to keep my carb intake at my original low setting.0 -
Ah! I see. So when it adds calories and knows my ratio of carbs/fat/protein their counts all go up accordingly. That makes sense.0
